Team Building Excercise : Transform

For the Transform task we had 2hrs, a frame, some materials 10 people and 3 questions.
As a group we had only used 1 hour and 45 minutes due to the fact that we thought we had finished and that there was nothing more we could do other than tidy up some of the mess we had made.

However there was another possible outcome of what we could had achieved within the 2hrs as we could have individually made something within the time limit effectively making it 2hours.

The first few minutes of the task we did not do anything productive as we were somewhat puzzled in what we actually had to do.
For the frame there was already a large square marked out by masking tape that we had decided to use to contain our piece.

Instead of manipulating the existing frame or creating another, we just simple altered it slightly through the use of the ropes which were not intended to add any visual aspects.
The materials that we had were, large black sheets of cloth, rolls of white paper, rope, scissors, lights, sticky back pegs, duct tape and masking tape and a cardboard box.   All of these were transformed simply by using them to construct out piece.

The paper in particular was the most transformed as it was twisted, cut and scrunched up with the support of the masking tape and duct tape.

There were some limitations with the materials that was used as the duct tape quickly finished as well as the small cardboard box.

All in all I do think as a group we had good communication skills as we consulted each other with our ideas.
