The National Portrait Gallery

Here I have done various studies in response from many pieces primarily from Lucian Freud in the national portrait gallery.

The following drawings bellow I think I did not challenge myself as they were with pencil and pen which in my opinion are my strongest elements in art.

Alexander Gardner, Abraham Lincoln,

Lucian-Freud-Narcissus-1948

Add captiOle Peter Hansen Balling, John Brown,on

Joseph Duplessis, Benjamin Franklin, oil on canvas, c. 1785.

Lucian Freud Startled-Man

The-Painter's-Mother
the following drawings below are somewhat different from above as i have tried to use different materials in order to create a response from individual art pieces. thus doing so i think that i have created a slight challenge for myself as i am not particularly good with paints.

  1. These drawings/paintings loom really good! I like the way you have framed them reminds me of the old style photos. Great work!
